A popular hedging line for warmer areas, sometimes called "tuffy". Attractive, glossy leaves are light green when young and contrast nicely with dark green mature foliage. They create a fast-growing and hardy hedge, and are well-suited for topiary use as they can be shaped into cones, pillars or lollipops.
They are frost tender so should not be used in areas that get hard frosts.
