We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. This information is only gathered when you register with us, and registration is requires in order to make a purchase through A4Dibble Plants.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Your information will never be given to any third party operator, other than the supplier of the product(s) you order, and providers of services and tools to make your shopping experience better. We use Klaviyo and Shopify Email/Shopify Flow to provide out-of-stock notifications and email marketing. We use Google services such as Google Analytics to track non-attributable page usage. Suppliers will not hold your information, and is used only in order to deliver the product to you. Your information is also used for warranty purposes and it is important we know who you are for this purpose.

We provide links to third party sites. Since we do not control these Web sites, we encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on these (and all) third party sites.
