Costs

The cost of shipping will vary from product to product.
Shipping costs are calculated when they are added to the shopping cart.
All prices on the site are quoted in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD), and are inclusive of GST (15%).
All prices are valid whilst stocks last.
Products on special are subject to availability from the supplier.

Availability

We make every effort to ensure that the plants advertised are available.
If not, we will contact you to work out a solution.

Our Plants

All plants are in 5cm or 7cm pots. They are suitable to be planted directly into garden or potted on into larger pots and grown on for planting at a later date.

 

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Where the buyer is acquiring the product for the purpose of business then the Act shall not apply.
In the event the purchaser is acquiring the product for purposes other than that of a business,
then these conditions of sale shall be interpreted subject to the purchaser's rights under the Act,
to the intent that no provisions shall any way limit the purchaser's rights under the Act.

Warranty

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, negligent, inappropriate or improper operation,
maintenance, installation, modification or adjustment.

 

Disputes and Proper Law

Any claim or dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996.
The contract including these terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by New Zealand Law.
