Centradenia is an excellent and hardy groundcover. It likes full sun or semi shade, and has abundant purple/pink flowers through spring for several months.
It will generally grow 30-40cm high, but given a wire fence it will climb up to 2m high. The burgundy foliage is a nice contrast to the flowers and even looks good when plants are not in bloom.
