This is a hybrid version of the Thai round eggplant. Small round eggplants, 40-60 gram and 3-4 cm in diameter, have green/white variegated skin and green calyx. Young fruits are very tasty, which can be eaten fresh or cooked. The medium size plant is very productive
Plant seeds in seed trays or punnets and dont be tempted to transplant too early in spring as they like a nice even warm temperature to grow well. Good free draining soil with plenty of compost and regular watering.
