Long, 12-24" roots, white with green shoulders. Highly vigorous -- its large, mild roots usually outgrow its orange relative Europeans originally preferred white carrots, and this variety is still popular in Belgium and France. More frost tender than orange varieties, so dig it up early in the fall.
